Pathfinder Solutions, as a concept, was created almost two decades ago to address a critical gap in the professional development of those serving in public security, the intelligence community (IC), and national defense.

Early in my career, I recognized the absence of the tailored guidance and coaching I needed to appropriately navigate through the unique challenges inherent to my line of work. PS was founded to bridge that gap, offering professionals in these demanding fields the mentorship, practical tools, and actionable strategies I once sought.
